HowTo Live Op

Attempt to create a series of pages describing (in detail) how to set up, operate, and pack down the equipment associated with each role within a live show. Can then possibly be handed to new crews in printed form, reducing requirement for direct training.

Might also help me to work out what bits of live we really haven't documented well.
