Station Meeting minutes

The minutes of each Station Meeting should be saved with a filename of the format:

Station Meeting Minutes YYYY-MM-DD <term>w<week> <(AGM) if applicable> <initials of minute-taker>

Acceptable formats/file extensions are Word document (.doc or .docx) or preferably PDF (.pdf). Valid term codes are AU, SP, SU. Minutes are to be emailed to the People mailing list and a copy archived in the Documents drive.

Taken on 11th June 2012, which was the meeting of Summer term week 8, by Vivien Chung. These rules are needed so that files are easy to find and organise for the new archive project, and also conveniently puts them in chronological order when sorted by filename.
