-Here is a table of how the monitors in the rack are identified.  The monitor patch panel also gives the option of a monitor 19 and a monitor 20.  Unfortunately there's not much provision in the rack of space to occupy them, so if 19 or 20 are used they're usually simply a monitor placed on the floor.
