This is useful to be able to send emails appearing to come from an alias (E.G. an email address for a show) from your own personal Roundcube.
Steps to acheive victory
- Open Roundcube and login
- Click on 'Settings' (next to logout)
- Click on the 'Identities' tab
- Click 'New identity'
- Enter at least:
- Display Name (E.G. Your Production)
- Email (E.G. yourproduction@ystv.co.uk)
- Now, when you create a new message the 'From' field will be a dropdown, allowing you to send emails as your alias.
If you would like to have your YSTV emails redirected to another email account, let the computing officer know.
