Things to think about
- The Selecon floods (chunky, with one side bigger than the other than the other) are designed to light walls, the evenness is good from about a meter from the wall, the larger side of the reflector should be at the bottom.
- Colour temp: As lights get dimmer, the go orangey (lower CT). Mixing color temps looks odd. We Have some Colour temp filters in the grey cupboard. Warm - low CT is better for talk shows, quizzes etc. Cold - Good for news type things, adds a "corporate look".
- Colour filters: we have lots.
- Fresnels. Currently, everything thats not a flood, is a Fresnel. Beam is round, soft edged, and cab be adjusted via the knobs on the bottom, or, on the pole-op ones, front left knob.
- Lamp types: Everything is Tungsten as of 11/10/2009
